This move represents a major expansion in our efforts to better serve our customers by providing a genuine "one-stop shop" for all of your plastics or tooling needs. The ability to work with an experienced design team during product development and mold production moving into full scale custom injection molding in a clean room environment with ISO 9000:2001 certification will provide a stream-lined and more secure approach for our customers in the growing solid memory packaging sector, medical device, and various commercial applications.

Apex Resource Technologies, Inc., is a contract manufacturer providing single source solutions for product development, engineering, high production tooling, clean room injection molding, insert molding, over molding, two-shot molding, assemblies, mold building, automation, to medical device manufacturers and OEM's in the medical & healthcare industries. High heat glass or carbon filled engineering resins, TPE, and polycarbonate material. Our 16-Molding Machines range from 40-Ton to 385-Ton and shot sizes from 1.2 to 30 oz. Two-Shot Molding

Products look better and feel better with soft touch grips, handles and aesthetic features. Important design considerations differentiate your products using multi-resin, multi-color and two shot over-molding.

Our 15-man tooling operation has extensive CNC Machining and wire EDM capability. We are very responsive to customer needs and can turn molds around quickly. We also welcome repair work.

From limited Prototype Tooling to High Volume Class 101, Multi-Cavity Production Molds, with Robotic-Assist, we have the ability and expertise to handle your project from start to finish… and all In-House, using Concurrent Design Engineering and Manufacturing.

One of the many distinguishing features of our company is that, our mold designers are also product development people. That gives us a very intuitive approach to our mold designs.
