Staunton, VA– Cadence, Inc. is pleased to announce that Scott Norris has joined the company as Vice President of Manufacturing at its Staunton, VA facility. In this position, Scott will serve as a key member of the executive team and will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and management to the manufacturing facility at Cadence.
Scott brings over 20 years experience in leadership roles in manufacturing operations.
Prior to joining Cadence, Scott has served as Director of Operations at both Integra Life Sciences in Cincinnati, Ohio and Sandvik Medical Solutions in Arab, Alabama and as Director of Special Projects at Ethicon Endo-Surgery.

Scott is certified Six Sigma Black Belt and LEAN/TPS trained by Shingijutsu. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Kent State University and an MBA in Finance from Xavier University.
