Interstate Gaskets and Seals are offered in a variety of configurations for the purpose of preventing contaminants or light from entering into various types of equipment and instrument enclosures.  Featuring precision digital die-less cutting, these gaskets and seals can be made from PTFE, expanded PTFE, medical-grade USP Class 6 silicones, open- and closed-cell foams, high performance elastomers, and many other materials.

Available in sizes from 1” sq. up to 60” x 120” with virtually any geometry including narrow cross sections and close hole spacing, Interstate Gaskets and Seals are custom manufactured with tolerances to ±0.005”, depending upon material.  Primary applications include sealing analytical-, medical-, and surgical-instruments, pharmaceutical dosing devices, and other enclosures.
