Mass Flow Meter for applications in medical ventilation and anesthesia
The digital SFM3000 mass flow meter bidirectionally measures flow of air and other non-aggressive gases at rates up to 200 slm with high accuracy and very high speed. Thereby the sensor achieves a very low pressure drop of less than 1.5 mbar. Furthermore, the new SFM3000 has a digital I2C interface and outputs a fully cali-brated and temperature compensated signal. The flow meter is the ideal choice for demanding and cost-sensitive OEM applications in medical ventilation and anesthesia.

Universal flow meter for reliable, low-cost monitoring of dynamic liquid dispensing
The SLI flow sensor family for high-precision process monitoring in applications with low dispensing volumes enables reliable, low-cost measurement of flow rates in the microliter and milliliter range and is available for aqueous liquids as well as oils, fuels and solvents. The small size and low weight of the devices make the sensors perfect-ly suited for use in applications in the medical and pharmaceutical industry.
