Nitto Kohki's unique and world renowned "Linear Shuttle" air pump range has been extended with four new models, powered by a low voltage DC supply for the first time.

This "Linear Shuttle" removes the need for older style diaphragms which tend to break too easily resulting in the pump stopping. The new technology of these pumps allows them to continue running even if they have failed and offers lifetimes of at least 10,000 hours!

Furthermore, their power consumption of between 0.4 and 0.8 amps, along with their noise level of 38dB(A), are both much lower than that of conventional pumps.

With a maximum pressure of 0,5 bar, vacuum of -600 mbar and air flow of 7 l/min they leave many competitors pumps behind.

Their potential application range is extensive and stretches from medical technologies through all fields of industry.

Besides their Linear shuttle pumps Nitto Kohki also offers a wide range of diaphragm-pumps, liquid-pumps in AC and DC, and quick release couplers.
