Advanced Powder Products Inc. manufactures medical and dental devices, producing small, complex parts needed for state-of-the-art surgical, dental and orthodontic procedures. Using metal injection molding (MIM) and micro-metal injection molding, precision components and micro-scale devices for surgical and implantation applications can be designed and fabricated from a range of alloys including 17-4 PH and 300 series stainless steels, F-75, MP35, and Grade 5 titanium. APP manufactures components with feature dimensions less than 0.030 inches, tolerances of ±0.3% and surface finishes less than microinches.
