Created in 1992, BMT-Germany was founded as single product company to develop a stem cell delivery system. The company later expanded into balloon and catheter development, the R&D department opened up its service to the public, and since then small and large companies alike have been involved with BMT in multiple product development projects. Mostly known for balloon development, BMT has contributed to commercializing new ideas and technologies, with many of these projects reaching the European market through its internal regulatory department.
