Brunk Industries Inc. is a full-service award-winning manufacturer of precision metal stampings and assemblies, with one specialty being able to transform machined components into low cost precision metal stampings. Other services include quick-turn prototyping, various secondary operations, resistance and laser welding. Internally, we design and build precision progressive dies, assembly equipment, gages and fixtures. The company produces components for surgical instruments and class-critical implantable devices using many exotic materials.
Brunk's tool designers use SolidWorks to design all our tooling. Our prototype, die building, die maintenance departments are fully staffed with highly skilled personnel and the latest high tech CNC equipment. This includes WEDM machines using wire as small as .0007, high speed machining center for hard milling, and advanced conventional EDM that provide exceptional finishes on our tooling. We continue is support our growth with apprenticeship programs to maintain the high standard of quality employees needed to support are customers component requirements. There also are account managers assigned to each customer to provide the total service required in today’s marketplace.
Brunk Industries Inc. is ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified and will be ISO13485 before year end 2013. We have certified Black, Green, and Yellow Belt employees, and are striving to have all employees be at a minimum Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified.
Brunk's QA department uses all hi-tech equipment including CMM's, Smartscopes, and Laser Scanning equipment to check the profile and dimensional requirements needed to ensure we are producing quality parts.
Our pledge to our customers is to provide services that will allow their products to be produced accurately while also holding the costs to a minimum. This is enhanced when our customers work together with us from the beginning of a project so we can make fully functional parts in ways that make the parts as cost effective to manufacture as possible.
