Our CoastFlex Custom Medical Device Cables can be ordered in any quantity, we have no minimum billing or order quantity. We’ve made as little as 25 ft. of some very complex Cables and 1 Retractile Coiled Cord. Our Coastflex Cables meet a variety of Approvals, including UL.CSA.CE, RoHS and we’re ISO 9001-2008. Custom Color Matching: At Coast we realize the importance of matching the color of the Outer Jacket on your Cable request. If we can't do it in house, we'll send it out to have a computerized match done for you. This eliminates the worry of having the Cable not match your Strain Relief, Connector, etc. Matte or Shiny finish, whichever you want.
Retractile Cords: Whether you need 1 or 1,000, we can do it for you. As short as you need them or as long as you need them (up to 8 ft. retracted), we can do it.
Custom Printing: We can print everything on your Cable, including company name, phone number, part number, logo, sequential footage markers, bar codes, and pre-determined cut marks, etc.
Composite Cables: Composite Cables can easily be manufactured at Coast. These Cables can be comprised of Signal Wires, Coaxial Cables, Vent Tubes, mixed gauge sizes, sub-cables, etc. No minimum billing or quantity with a fast delivery.
Surgical Pencil Cables: Electro-surgical pencils are used with a variety of commercially available machines which produce two different types of electrical impulses--one for cutting, the other for cauterizing. Available in disposable and reusable constructions.
Customer Support/Engineering/Design Assistance: Our Engineering Team is available to assist you in the design and construction of the Cable that's required to meet your needs. Technical assistance as well as Preliminary Specification drawings show you the actual construction of your Wire or Cable product. Make any changes you deem necessary and return to us and we'll get a revised drawing out to you right away incorporating any changes made into it.
