Compounding Solutions has a wide range of co-rotating twin screw extruders to meet our customer’s needed volumes.  We have three 27 mm compounding lines for small lot sizes (10 – 500 pounds), one 40 mm for medium lot sizes (200 – 2,000 pounds), and one 50 mm for large lot sizes (1,000 – 40,000 pounds.)

Compounding Solutions is currently going through a 40,000 square foot expansion.  Within the expansion includes a 7,000 square foot white room, 2,000 square foot lab space, a dedicated medical materials storage area, and office space.  The new white room will have the capacity for 8 compounding lines, have top down air flow, and controlled pressure, humidity and temperature.  Expansion completion is expected June of 2011.
