Crescent Medical Plastics operates in a 10,000 square foot clean room facility that has been ISO 13485:2003 certified for medical device production. Crescent performs custom injection molding services in an ISO 8 Clean Room environment and assembly and packaging services in an ISO 7 Clean Room environment. Crescent Medical Plastics has the ability to produce Class I, II & III medical devices, surgical equipment and disposables for the medical industry.
With the use of automation, utilizing Scientific Injection Molding principles, and lean manufacturing principles, as well as programmed quality equipment within the clean room, Crescent Medical Plastics shows dedication and reliability to produce quality medical components.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT: Crescent’s superior engineers can help you with product design, prototyping and tool design to make your job the most cost effective and efficient as possible. They utilize the most up to date software packages that include: Pro E Wildfire, AutoDesk, AutoDesk Inventor, AutoCad, Work NC and Sigma Soft to help in mold design and anticipate production problems.
MOLD BUILDING: They build SPI Class 101-105 molds in sizes from 3.5” x 5” up to 24” x 30”. Crescent’s range capability is from a single cavity mold through multi-cavity molds in a wide variety of configurations like mud units, hand loaded inserts, unscrewing and action molds, hot runner and stack molds, 3 plate molds and family molds.
CLEAN ROOM INJECTION MOLDING: Crescent Medical Plastics provides their customers with outstanding quality components by using state-of-the-art hydraulic and electric injection molding machines, both horizontal and vertical. They have the capability to process a wide range of thermoplastics in a variety of molding services in an ISO 8 Clean Room.
