DENSO Robotics offers medical device manufacturers four-axis SCARA and five- and six-axis articulated robots, for payloads up to 20 kg and reaches from 350 to 1300 mm. Standard cycle time is from 0.29 to 0.95 seconds. Repeatability is to within ±0.015 mm. Aseptic (hydrogen-peroxide wipable), cleanroom (Class 10 and Class 100), dust and mistproof (IP65) and standard models are available. Concealed electrical wiring and air lines reduce interference with surrounding equipment. A high maximum moment of inertia allows increased flexibility in the choice of end effectors.
