Plastic Injection Molding
When it comes to precision molding of all grades of thermosets, thermoplastics, composites and silicone, Dynomax Inc. produces the highest quality molded parts in the industry. We have numerous horizontal and vertical molding presses that target zero defects of molded parts. The closer the tolerance and higher the complexity, the better!
From the design stage through prototyping, in-house mold construction to micro tolerance injection molding, Dynomax can meet your requirements. Some of our services include mold sampling, mold troubleshooting, first article inspection, in-process inspection, insert molding, short runs, hot runner multi-cavity production and multi component medical parts.
We have extensive experience with all thermoplastics, both common and exotic, such as PEEK, LCP polyesters, polycarbonates, pps, abs, nylons, propriety composites, silicone, epoxies as well as numerous others frequently used in the medical industry.
All mold building, injection molding, automation, maintenance and repair are done in-house by our staff of craftsmen. This enables us to control and manage the entire process, for exceptional quality assurance.
Tooling/Mold Making
Dynomax Inc. manufactures and supplies several types of production tooling including molds, fixtures and jigs. Our experienced personnel excel in the design and manufacture of custom tooling for a variety of industries, to make product components of consistent size, shape, and quality.
We utilize advanced technology and equipment, such as Electrical Discharge Machining(EDM) machines, CNC mills, automatic water grinders, surface grinders, and form grinding for specialty applications. All our design, tooling and mold building is done in-house to our customer's specifications.
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)
Dynomax Inc. can manufacture production parts and tooling components of tight tolerance by utilizing EDM, an operation that utilizes CNC and electrically charged brass wire to cut through raw blocks or stacks of material, producing extremely accurate cuts and clean finishes. This operation is particularly well suited for high-precision machining of micro and nano medical device components.
CNC Swiss Machining
Dynomax Inc. employs CNC Swiss style machining centers to make small parts requiring complex geometries and extremely tight tolerances. Our high-precision machines feature live tooling, bar stock feeders and multiple spindles, enabling efficient operations 24 hours a day. Capabilities include turning, milling, threading, broaching, slitting, boring, reaming, grinding and more.
