Our HEATFLEX heaters, Silicone Rubber & Polyimide, are lightweight, high-efficiency heaters engineered for many unique applications. They feature unparalleled design and application advantages over more conventional heating elements by providing heat only where needed, and HEATFLEX can be manufactured in an infinite number of shapes and sizes to give you absolute flexibility.
Thick Film Heaters
Our proprietary Elpor® system is used to electrically insulate metal substrates. The thick film resistive elements provide very fast temperature response and uniformity in low-profile heaters. Thick film heaters are ideal for applications where space is limited, conventional heaters cannot be used, heat output needs to be profiled across the surface, or in high watt-density applications.
Clearview Heaters
The Clearview Transparent heater allows continuous high definition operation of device monitors in low temperature environments. Clearview heaters are typically used in applications that require a high degree of light transmission, such as LCD screens, touch screens, cameras, hand-held scanners and imagers.
