Insul-Fab is a custom fabricator of foam goods, synthetic rubber products, foils, fiberglass, plastics, adhesives and other composite materials. Insul-Fab is primarily engaged in conversion operations such as die-cutting, slitting, rewinding, adhesive coating, lamination, CNC cutting and other processes to convert the foregoing materials for a number of applications by original equipment manufacturers (“OEM”), manufacturing subcontractors and other customers. The finished goods are often used sealing and packaging devices.
