KYDEX® 100
High impact fire-rated sheet
Super tough, durable KYDEX® 100, a proprietary alloy sheet, brings new dimensions to thermoformers in: formability, rigidity, breakage resistance, chemical resistance and fire retardancy.
KYDEX® 100 is available in a wide range of standard and custom colours, textures, and sheet sizes. It is Underwriters Laboratories, Inc® recognized for UL Std 94 V-0, 5V and has 961 J/m (18 ft-lbs/in) Notched Izod impact resistance.
KYDEX® 110
Fire-Rated Metallic Sheet

KYDEX® 311
Co-Extruded High Impact Fire Rated Sheet
KYDEX® 311 is a co-extruded high impact thermoplastic sheet that is cost competitive with fire retardant ABS/PVC (FR-ABS) formulations but with significantly higher impact strength and extensibility.
KYDEX® 311 is less hygroscopic than FR-ABS and typically does not require pre-drying. It offers impact resistance, more uniform forming, less wall thinning and greater resistance to a broad range of chemicals and cleaning solutions. It meets UL Std 94 V-0, 5V.
KYDEX® 311 MB
Co-Extruded High Impact Fire Rated Sheet with Microban® Antimicrobial Product Protection
KYDEX® 311MB is a proprietary co-extruded high impact thermoplastic sheet that is cost competitive with fire retardant ABS/PVC (FR-ABS) formulations but with superior properties including Microban® antimicrobial protection.
KYDEX® 311MB is less hygroscopic than FR-ABS and typically does not require pre-drying. It offers impact resistance, more uniform forming, less wall thinning and greater resistance to a broad range of chemicals and cleaning solutions. It meets UL Std 94 V-0, 5V.
KYDEX® 430
Proprietary ABS/PVC blend developed specifically for Medical device housing applications
KYDEX® 430 is a proprietary ABS/PVC thermoplastic sheet that offers superior thermoformability, rigidity, breakage resistance, chemical resistance and fire retardancy.
KYDEX® 430 is available in a wide range of standard and custom colours, textures, and sheet sizes. It is Underwriters Laboratories, Inc® recognized for UL std 94 V-0, 5V and pass the ball pressure test per IEC 60695-10-2.
KYDEX® T
High impact fire-rated sheet
KYDEX® T is a proprietary thermoplastic sheet that is cost competitive with fire retardant ABS/PVC (FR-ABS) formulations but with significantly higher impact strength and extensibility.
KYDEX® T is less hygroscopic, it typically does not require pre-drying, offers superior impact, more uniform forming with less wall thinning and offers significantly greater resistance to a broad range of corrosive chemicals and cleaning solutions.
KYDEX® T MB
High impact fire-rated sheet with Microban® Antimicrobial Product Protection
KYDEX® T MB is a thermoplastic sheet that is cost competitive with fire retardant ABS/PVC (FR-ABS) formulations but with significantly higher impact strength and extensibility. Microban® protection is built-in to continuously fight the growth of microbes.
KYDEX® T MB is less hygroscopic and typically does not require pre-drying. It offers impact resistance, more uniform forming, less wall thinning and greater resistance to a broad range of chemicals and cleaning solutions. It meets UL Std 94 V-0, 5V.
KYDEX® XD 3D Laminates
For flat lamination and membrane pressed applications
KYDEX® XD is a thermoplastic 3D laminate giving designers the ability to incorporate compound corners, logos and wire management holes, eliminating unsightly seams and the need for edgebanding typically associated with HPL / TFM surfaces.
Extreme durability (XD), superior impact, membrane pressable thermoplastic 3D laminate with integral colour from 0.76mm-1.02mm (0.030”-0.040”) thickness.
KYDEX® XDWG 3D Laminates
For flat lamination and membrane pressed applications
KYDEX® XDWG is a decorative wood grain thermoplastic 3D laminate giving designers the ability to incorporate compound corners, logos, and wire management holes while eliminating unsightly seams and the need for edgebanding typically associated with HPL/TFM surfaces. Its integral colour and high impact resistance minimizes costly maintenance associated with other laminates.
High impact, membrane pressable thermoplastic 3D laminate with wood grain design in 0.91mm (0.036”) thickness. While providing great definition it surpasses vinyl overlays, high pressure laminates and melamine in resistance to surface and edge impact.
