Merton Tech LLC specializes in CNC milling (up to 4 1/2 axis), CNC turning, and wire EDM. The company works with various materials including titanium, stainless steel, aluminum, polyethylene, copolymers, and advance materials. All protoypes are CNC machined using production run setups to provide the quality, feel, and function of a final production design. Prototypes, custom, and production work is done using the latest CNC technology and CAD-CAM software while following ISO 13485 standards.
