Mikron core competencies from the pilot line up to the fully automatic line
Mikron core competencies are the use of highly standardized manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic modules through its Mikron G05™ and Mikron EcoLine™ platforms, its expertise in complex process integration and the integration of Mikron feeding solutions with its G05 Polyfeed™, G05 Tray Handler™ and EcoPal™ from the Proof of Principle (PoP), to the pilot line and up to automatic line. The solutions operate with speeds up to 100 cycles/minute.
The Mikron products’ family takes into account the special conditions for clean room up to ISO 7 (class 1000) applications.
The basic platforms – hardware and software – are validated according to GAMP 5 and are 21 CFR part 11 compatible
