SINGLE USE MOLDED SILICONE MANIFOLDS - For Batch Filling & Sampling Applications
Single-use molded silicone manifolds are custom made to meet your batch filling and sampling needs in drug and vaccine production.
Molded manifolds, manufactured from platinum-cured Class VI silicone, eliminate the need for barbed fittings while providing a seamless transition from tubing to connection for a continuous, unrestricted, leak-proof flow. Designs range from simple molded sanitary ends to complex configurations with varying lengths of tubing and several molded connections.
Single Use Molded Manifolds are not intended for implantation or continuous steam applications.
Key Features
- Eliminates entrapment issues and leaks associated with barbed fittings
- Custom manufactured with Y’s, T’s, crosses, reducers, mini and
standard Tri-Clamps®, stoppers and other container closures, and tubing - Components are permanently molded into one, single-use manifold
- Provides a smooth inner surface without seams or crevices for even, uninterrupted flow
- One animal-derived-ingredient-free material contact surface throughout the assembly
- Reduces end-user component inventory and assembly labor time and expense
- Single use reduces the risk of cross contamination

Company History
In business since 1954, NewAge Industries is a manufacturer and fabricator of thermoplastic and thermoset tubing and hose, and a supplier of fittings and clamps. The company offers one of the broadest product lines of tubing, hose, and fittings in the U.S., and its custom extrusion and fabrication services are unrivaled. The company is a family and employee owned business, with its corporate offices and state-of-the-art manufacturing center located in Southampton, PA.
Combined with its sister plant, Colex International, Ltd. in Leicestershire, England, NewAge Industries produces tens of millions of feet of tubing and hose each year.
From the start, the company’s philosophy has been to give customers what they want the first time and every time. By stocking significant quantities of standard and unique sizes of all 38 major product lines, we can deliver product overnight with a better-than-95% consistency. Our use of only the finest materials and tight quality controls during manufacture ensures that the customer receives the best product available. Our highly trained sales team members, having an average of 11.5 years of experience each, are prepared to solve the most difficult tubing and hose applications. And, with over 55 years of experience providing tubing and hose, our custom extrusion and fabrication teams can make many “special” parts that our competition will not even quote.
High quality, selection, quick delivery, old-fashioned personal service, and a fair price. These are the principles that founder Raymond Baker built his company upon, and these principles are what we believe customers look for in a supplier today.
