Our Class 100,000 Clean Room is designed to give your parts a contamination-free environment. The air entering a clean room from outside is filtered to exclude dust, and the air inside is constantly re-circulated through high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters to remove internally generated contaminants. Staff wear protective clothing such as hair nets, gloves, boots and cover-alls. Also, the equipment inside the clean room is designed to generate minimal air contamination.
