ProMed Molded Products, Inc. and ProMed Pharma, LLC offers molding and assembly of silicone, bio material grade plastics and combination pharma/silicone components for the medical device and healthcare industries. Standard services include liquid injection molding, thermoplastic molding, silicone to metal bonding, substrate surface preparation, welding and prototype development and assembly. Manufacturing operations are performed in a certified class 10,000 clean room environment. ProMed is ISO certified 13485:2003 & FDA Registered (www.promedmolding.com). Facilities are located in Minnesota and Puerto Rico.

New Product Development
Whether it is a prototype part or full production release, ProMed takes a customized approach that best fits your developmental needs. By utilizing our Technical Center, a dedicated development/manufacturing cell, (www.promedmolding.com) we offer a focused resource that works solely on developing products quickly and efficiently - without interrupting production activities. Additionally, a program manager is assigned to your project, and when coupled with the Technical Center resource, ensures that your project is accelerated through the development process from concept to production.
Prototype Components
Our Prototype Development path offers customers cost effective prototype tooling that produces parts that are functional, dimensionally accurate; and with competitive lead times. We can provide engineering samples to prove out your concept in as little as two weeks. When low volume production is required, your prototype tools can be qualified to support production activities via ProMed’s established production qualification process.
Production Components & Assemblies
When you require more than engineering samples, we offer a Production Development option that includes thorough developmental studies (tool function, range findings, FAI) following GMP guidelines. This option challenges the tooling and manufacturing processes to ensure that your parts meet dimensional and aesthetic specifications. We provide first articles and qualification parts that meet and/or exceed your expectations.
