Headquartered in our new state-of-the-art engineering and manufacturing center, PTI for over twenty-five years continues to be a leading innovator in plastic injection molding. PTI Engineered Plastics is a privately held company that has the capabilities to service all major markets of the industry. The core of our business is comprised of prototyping and short-run manufacturing. At PTI, we developed the PTI Production Prototype a proprietary process we refer to as P3. This process provides customers with a single tool to meet prototype through production requirements and compress the development process to take their vision to reality.

CAPABILITIES
PTI capabilities begin with product design, creating both new designs and optimizing customer designs. From there serivces range from protoyping to production tool making by a 35-person-tool-room capable of prototype and production tools ranging from 12 to 500 tons.
We specialize in complex injection molded products, many of which only exist in a customer's mind when they come to PTI. We have become the "go-to" supplier for tight-tolerance part geometries, highly detailed tools, multi-surface large parts, and high-repeatability molding processes, which are required for tight-tolerance parts.
Our services include prototype, low and high volume production molding. Other value-added services include: part decorating, product assembly, insert molding and soft touch over-molding. PTI also offers a state-of-the-art 100K cleanroom that provides injection molding, assembly, secondary operations, and packaging capabilities.
