Our advanced innovation team focuses on what’s next in the industry, whether it’s a lighter material, a smoother surface, or a process that can be made automated and repeatable. Some of our recent efforts include scratch-free surface finishes, a custom alloy replacement for platinum and Pulse Advanced Coating Technology (PACT^®) for PVD coating.

Our contract manufacturing capabilities include 4 axis laser machining, 4 axis laser welding, laser texturing (a unique technique to improve bonding strength between metal and plastic tubing), titanium anodizing, precision finishing and marking (including micro-blasting, deburring, tumbling, electropolishing and passivation, part lot marking and serialization), electrical discharge machining (EDM), milling, and Swiss Screw machining.

Our purpose-built facility in Quakertown, PA features an expandable 40,000 square feet (3,725 square meters). It includes a state-of-the-art metallurgy and metrology lab with a scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectroscopy for research and development as well as testing and troubleshooting. We also have an environmentally controlled clean room. Our lean manufacturing cells are optimized for high-speed production. 

Because of our exclusive focus on the medical device industry, we have an intimate understanding of the safety and regulatory requirements for implantable devices. We are ISO 9001:2008 certified, ISO 13485:2003 certified and compliant with 21 CFR Part 820.
