IEC 60601-1 Testing
QuadTech’s scalable Sentinel System Solution provides automated electrical safety testing designed specifically for Medical device manufactures (MDM). The Sentinel System is scalable, flexible and completes electrical safety testing to IEC60601-1 and IEC60601-2-49, while improving compliance with QSR ISO13485 and FDA's 21 CFR 820. It accurately controls line voltage to the Device Under Test (DUT) while performing hipot, leakage current and functional tests, and, scans patient connections for leakage current without powering down the DUT.

The Sentinel System helps MDMs:

Medical Accessory and Component Testing
QuadTech offers a wide variety of hipot testers to meet the demands of medical component safety testing. The Hybrid 2000 has superior performance for surgical hand piece and foot switch testing. Dielectric Withstand testers are available to voltages up to 20kVDC. QuadTech’s LCR meters provide accurate measurements of critical components used in medical products.

Automated Testing
QuadTech solutions are driven by QuadTech's CaptivATE Automation Software which automatically downloads test setups, creates test sequences, conducts required measurements, and outputs the test results to a print file and/or a database for later printing, viewing, trending and analysis. Test data can be saved to a csv file for easy import from CaptivATE into any enterprise system, such as a Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

Programmable Loads and Sources
QuadTech’s programmable AC Sources allows manufactures to simulate voltages around the world. Programmable DC Sources are ideal for battery-powered devices. DC Electronic Loads now available. All of QuadTech's power products are supported by softpanel software for ease of use.
