Our in-house automation/engineering team can design, manufacture, and program equipment to allow medium to high volume silicone parts to be produced on state of the art Fully Automated Molding Cells. Many of these cells perform multiple operations from; Molding, part removal, De-flashing, Post-curing, Slitting, and Camera Inspection all in one work cell, all in the class 10,000 clean room, all with no human operator or inspector; lights out 24/7. This automated process allows for a more repeatable, higher quality part with less scrap and lower fallout than a manual operation would produce.

From prototype to production molds utilizing from an equipment list to include: Makino V33; Makino S56; Haas VF-2SS; Haas VF-2; Makino Edge-2S EDM Sinker, Fanuc Robocut OC Wire EDM, plus other miscellaneous manual equipment. Additionally, Sil-Pro utilizes the latest in tooling technology including System 3R Palletizing systems, MasterCam programming software, and SolidWorks mold design software. Expert in-house silicone mold making capabilities enables Sil-Pro to have quick turn around on tooling with dependable results.
