Statek Corporation has been supporting standard quartz crystals and quartz oscillators for the medical industry for five decades, and is highly knowledgeable with the requirements of implantable as well as external medical devices. As the market leader in miniaturization and integration, we supply quartz crystals to implantable pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, as well as other implantable and external medical devices.
Our long history of supporting medical applications has developed a culture in which product quality is of the highest importance at all levels within the company. Standard products provided to or targeted for the medical industry include the CX4 CX9, CX11, CX16, and CX18 crystals, the CX9L and CX11L low profile crystals, and the CXOX and CXOQ oscillators. The table below illustrates the typical overall size for each of these crystals and oscillators.
All crystals are available in low frequencies (for clock applications) as well as high frequencies (for medical RF telemetry applications), with the exception of the CX18 crystal, which is available only in high frequencies. Statek is open to discussing any new product requirements from our medical customers, even though such products may require non-standard electrical parameters or mechanical/packaging requirements.
Capabilities include manufacturing and testing quartz crystals to the exact Drawing requirements provided by medical customers. It is noteworthy that Statek does not re-sell, re-label, or broker any products: All products are genuine Statek products that are designed and manufactured in our facilities in Orange, California.
