Vante SAFFIRE™ Catheter Manufacturing System
The Vante SAFFIRE™ system, utilizing precision energy control and heat placement, is specifically designed for catheter manufacturing. The generator features a large color touch screen allowing the operator to view operating cycle parameters and temperature feedback. New proprietary inductive heating technology allows for much higher temperatures while significantly extending the life of the heater. The Vante SAFFIRE™ system is customized with a tipping, welding or forming mold for many different applications.
Vante PIRF III™ Catheter Manufacturing System
The Vante PIRF® III system is designed with increased power for multiple part manufacturing of both small and large profile catheters. A proprietary mold design and closed loop temperature control allow for precise heat placement, an especially critical feature for controlling flash and achieving quality results. The Vante PIRF III™ system is customized with a tipping, welding or forming mold for many different applications.
