WEBTEC Converting is a full-service converter, printer and packager of medical devices. The company converts numerous medical grade materials, including foam, film, foil, hydrogel and hydrocolloids. WEBTEC offers multiple in-line die cutting capabilities. Multi-layer laminations (P/S or heat), slitting, packaging, (pre-formed pouches, finsealed products or products requiring specific materials for sterilization) and flexo printing from 1-8 colors. The company uses multiple processes to ensure product integrity: corona treating, bag burst testing, Instron testing, and accelerated stability studies in a temperature and humidity controlled chamber.
